The V93D is a critical piece of equipment for many of our customers and without it work would stop.
We offer service contracts so that down time is planned and the machine can be kept in top condition so it performs 100% every use all year round.
Animal Dynamics
Based in Oxford, Animal Dynamics designs and manufactures autonomous solutions using first principle engineering to protect human life.
The addition of the V93D vapour blaster to their brand new workshop will help with their NDT requirements as well as final product surface finishing.
The delivery/installation/commissioning went perfectly and the customer was more than happy with the machine.
MES Precision Engineering Ltd
MES Precision Engineering Ltd based in the North West of England in Greater Manchester use the latest precision engineering equipment, as well as a highly-skilled workforce to produce larger scale projects, smaller batch work and one-off prototypes to businesses throughout the UK and Europe.
They were looking for a method of removing machining marks from finished components and were advised that vapour blasting may be the answer.
Following a visit to us and running some test pieces through our demonstration V93D vapour blaster in Bidford On Avon, a brand new machine was installed two days later.
Using a fine high grade glass bead supplied with the V93D you can see the fantastic results.

TDCP Surface Engineering in Tewkesbury are one of the country’s leading surface treatments and processes companies. They provide a wide range of surface treatment technologies to a varied market place; including aerospace, oil, gas, metrology and more.
The machine has proved to be reliable and durable, working in a demanding environment, and following this success a larger machine was required to blast larger workpieces that can be rotated on a rotary work table.
Graham Engineering Ltd
Graham Engineering Ltd in Nelson, Lancashire deliver engineering solutions to many industries, including nuclear, aeropspace and automotive. A wet blaster that was easily accesible and able to provide a good consistant finish for thousands of workpieces for the nuclear industry was required. The V93 was chosen for this application and a robotic arm was also fitted to give reliable, precise coverage to the workpieces time and time again.
AXLR8
AXLR8 in Leicester educate young people, working with all things two wheeled to deliver high quality, motor based alternative curriculum provision. The V93 was a perfect addition to the workshop for cleaning up and restoring motorcycle parts. The high pump output enables even the most soiled and corroded of engine parts to be brought back to their former glory.

This automated blaster for the nuclear industry has been a huge success for the customer producing consistent blasting results.
The Heritage Motor Centre
The Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon houses some of the worlds most important and iconic cars.The restoration workshop manager required a vapour blasting machine to aid in restoring some of these iconic vehicles. We were happy to install a V93D cabinet to help with this important process.
Robotic Blasting For Aerospace Components
Robotic blasting produces precise finishing results time and time again. This system combining an automated rotary table and IRB2400 ABB robot complete with IRC5 controller was installed for a customer in Gloucester to process aerospace components.

The V93D is able to offer precise surface finishing results required for the finished tooling and components.The ducting of exhaust vapours created whilst blasting into the weir catchment tank reduces contamination to nearby sensitive equipment.
